SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping

Most Products purchased from the Website, once fulfilled and packaged, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Once the Product has been picked up by USPS, you will then be forwarded tracking confirmation details. 

Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge, which you may have the option to select from the Website during check-out or you make a request to us at orders@doggizen.com. Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available. To ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of check-out. Shipping is only available within the 50 United States and Canada. Shipping internationally outside of the United States and Canada is not currently available. You will be responsible for any customs or importation fees, taxes, and/or duties, in addition to shipping fees and costs. Multiple Products ordered under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. 

By ordering any Product(s) from us, you agree to any and all applicable terms and conditions of our third-party shipping logistics providers used to deliver Products you order, including: 

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us, at orders@doggizen.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Returns received within fourteen (14) days of the original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping and restocking charges.

  • Returns received after fourteen (14) days but within thirty (30) days of the original ship date will receive store credit. Shipping and restocking fees will be deducted. 

  • We do not accept returns after thirty (30) days. 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within five (5) business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax, minus the cost of shipping and, if applicable, a restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

Exchanges

While we do not offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. All return policy guidelines apply. Please contact us at orders@doggizen.com to initiate your return.

Damage

In the unusual event that you receive a Product that arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately by emailing orders@doggizen.com. Such notice must be sent no later than forty-eight (48) hours after you receive delivery, and must include your name, email address, and a picture and written description of the damaged Product. You must also return the damaged Product to us, at the address below, at your cost. We will discard and will not respond to any damage notice that does not comply with these requirements. If your damage notice complies with these requirements, you may return the damaged Product to us in accordance with this Return Policy. Upon receipt and inspection, Doggizen may, in its sole discretion, classify the returned Product as a defective. Please note that Products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or misuse by you are not considered to be defective.
